Channel 5 have responded to claims from some viewers after they have been unable to vote to evict some housemates.
Venting on Twitter, some users have posted that they have been unable to register their votes ahead of tonight’s live eviction.
A statement posted on the official Big Brother website reads:
We’ve seen some Tweets around housemate votelines not working as they should. We take any queries of this nature very seriously and look into them with the help of BT and appropriate mobile networks. To assure you, votelines are tested across landline and all mobile networks every day, and all votes are scrutinised and independently verified by our third party auditor.
Four housemates are nominated for tonight’s eviction, which will see the housemate who receives the most mosts evicted. The current favourite to leave the house is Georgina.
