Channel 5 have extended Celebrity Big Brother again – making this series 27 days long
Yesterday, it was announced that the current series of Celebrity Big Brother would be extended by four days – ending on Tuesday 28th. However, the series has been extended again and will now end on Wednesday 29th January 2014.
Due to the increase, there will now be an extra eviction on Sunday 26th January at 9pm – in place of the scheduled highlights show. The extension makes the series the longest series on Channel 5 to date, and is on par with the longest Celebrity Big Brother ever – Celebrity Big Brother 7 on Channel 4 in 2010.
The updated schedule is as follows:
Saturday 25th January
22:00: Celebrity Big Brother
23:00: Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Psych
Sunday 26th January
21:00 Celebrity Big Brother: Live Eviction
Monday 27th January
21:00: Celebrity Big Brother
23:00: Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit on the Side
Tuesday 28th January
21:00 Celebrity Big Brother (highlights show, was originally the final)
23:00 CBB’s Bit On the Side (now 60’, was 90’)
Wednesday 29th January
21:00 Celebrity Big Brother: The Final (90’)
22:30 CBB’s Bit On the Side (90’)
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight on Channel 5 at 9pm.
