Day 15: Kristina Rihanoff becomes third Celebrity Big Brother evictee

Kristina Rihanoff has become the third person to be evicted from the Big Brother House.

Last week, Big Brother asked Angie, Jeremy, Stephanie and Gemma to each make a killer nomination during the live eviction show. They chose Kristina, John, Danniella and Tiffany to face the public vote. The public have since being voting to save. During tonight’s 9pm Channel 5 programme, Emma Willis announced live to the house that the third person to leave would be Kristina.

Following the announcement, Kristina had 30 seconds to say her goodbyes and left the house to cheers from the crowd; then was greeted by Emma.

Emma congratulated Kristina on her pregnancy and then comments that she seems genuinely happy to have left. Kristina told her, “It was what I was praying for. It got very difficult for me in the house because the arguments became so vicious. It’s just not my cup of tea at all. Pregnant or not pregnant, it’s just not my game. I’m really happy to leave.”

Emma asked Kristina if she had planned to announce her pregnancy in the house: “No, this is something I wanted to keep to myself at first. I felt if I was going to be treated differently in the house, obviously I was given food when I needed to eat and I would opt out of the tasks all the time, I felt like the housemates would be very upset with me not knowing my situation. I wanted to be fair.”

Kristina confirmed that she was surprised to be nominated by Angie. She said: “I think it was because Angie and Tiffany had such a turbulent relationship from the beginning, they were always at each other’s throats. When Angie had the chance to stand up for herself and say her bit, she eliminated me because I’m pregnant.”

Emma asked how she felt about negative comments from her fellow housemates surrounding her relationship with John. Kristina replies: “I do respect him, he’s a very intelligent man. Yes he’s very outspoken, more than me, but I chose to be his friend. Even when he’s wrong, I’ll still be his friend because I don’t step on my friends.”

Emma jokes that Kristina isn’t keen for Gemma to win and Kristina told her: “You know what let her win, she’ll be the biggest bitch of the world.”

Celebrity Big Brother returns tomorrow at 9pm on Channel 5. Emma will be back on Friday at 9pm for the next eviction.
