Day 17: Celebrity Big Brother bounces back with 2.65 Million

Celebrity Big Brother’s latest instalment on Thursday night entertained a strong 2.65m viewers across the night. Suggesting a small increase on the previous night due to cross-airing with ITV’s National Television Awards.

Elsewhere, BBC One’s hit Death In Paradise continued with a strong 6.5m viewers (29.0%) meanwhile, ITV’s Bring Back Borstal decreased once more with just 1.54m viewers at the same time. (6.9%) BBC Two’s airing of Winterwatch Unsprung and Surviving The Holocaust witnessed to 1.47m viewers (6.5%) and 1.24m viewers (6.3%) respectively. Meanwhile Channel 4’s overly advertised new drama Cucumber was witnessed to just 1.23m viewers (6.0%) in the same hour.

Tonight see’s four housemates face the second eviciton, Nadia Sawalha, Calum Best, Alicia Douvall and Perez Hilton, and with a supposed 1% between three housemates, it is likely almost anybody will face the chop. But will the ratings stay strong? Have your say in our comments below.
