Big Brother returned to Channel 5 yesterday and the ratings are in
Big Brother: Timebomb’s live launch show reached 1.70 Million (9.3%) people watching live at 9pm last night as the new Housemates went into the House, and watched Simon walk right back out. A further 131,000 (1.1%) tuned in to see the show on Channel 5+1.
Following the show, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side returned with Rylan Clark and pulled in 620k (7.6%) at 11pm (55k/1.4% on +1).
In Ireland, Big Brother’s Launch was seen by a total of 563,000 viewers on 3e and TV3 together. Elswhere, on Twitter – Big Brother was the most tweeted about show of the evening with 58,171 Tweets at 9:50pm last night.
