Channel 5 have said that claims of a photoshoot for Megan outside of the Big Brother House are false.
Over the weekend, a story broke out into the press of Megan leaving the Big Brother House to attend a photoshoot that she had agreed to take part in before signing up to appear on this series.
However a spokesperson for Channel 5 has since denied the claims to Digital Spy. The statement released also addressed the issue of Jonathan Cheban – who took a phone case into the House. “Jonathan was holding a mobile phone case, something he took in as a personal item,”
While the photoshoot may be false, Channel 5 has a history of allowing Housemates to leave the House for work commitments. Rylan Clark-Neal was allowed to leave the House in 2013 during his series of Celebrity Big Brother to attend rehearsals for The X Factor live tour while Mario Falcone was also allowed to leave the House in Celebrity Big Brother 12 to obtain a visa to film outside of the UK.
