Pre-BB: Big Brother pushed back due to General Election

The Daily Star have reported that Big Brother has been pushed back due to the General Election

Big Brother was originally set to begin on May 7th, but after bosses “forgot” about the General Election – which takes place on that date – the series will now begin on May 14th.

The Daily Star reports that with the bosses forgetting about the election, the live launch of Big Brother has been pushed back to Thursday 14th May – meaning they now have a extra week on their hands.

Channel 5 are yet to officially announce anything regarding the new series of Big Brother, but if this report is true we should start to hear things about the new series very shortly.
