Pre-BB: Rylan Clark-Neal has “no intentions” to leave Big Brother

Amid rumours that he could be one of the next people to step up to present The X Factor, Rylan has spoken out on This Morning.

Earlier today, during his regular “Ryland” segment on ITV’s This Morning, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side host has confirmed that he has no intentions on leaving the show in order to present The X Factor.

The X Factor lost both of its host this week – with Caroline Flack and Olly Murs both leaving the show, while Nick Grimshaw also left a spot on the judging panel.

“To be honest I’ve not being asked to do it… I swear I’ve not had a phone call asking me to do it.” said Rylan.

“Do you know what I come from X Factor, it’s the show that I started on. I love the show… Yes of course I would go back there I’ve said it. But obviously I’ve got no intention of leaving my job at Big Brother.”

Main show host, Emma Willis, has also previously been linked to hosting The X Factor but denied it later on. Emma currently hosts rival show The Voice UK which will be moving to ITV in 2017 from its current home on BBC One.

Big Brother returns later this year.
