Channel 5 have pushed back the start of Celebrity Big Brother to Wednesday 7th January
Earlier this week, it was confirmed by Channel 5 that Celebrity Big Brother would be returning to our screens on Monday 5th January for the fifteenth series of the show.
However, it has now been announced that they have decided to push back the start of Celebrity Big Brother to Wednesday 7th following the return of ITV’s hit drama show Broadchurch which starts on Monday 5th at 9pm.
This means that Celebrity Big Brother will begin with a two hour launch show on Wednesday 7th at 9pm with Emma Willis returning to front the main show. This will also be the latest start date for Celebrity Big Brother, as the show usually begins in the first five days of January. If the 35 days rumoured is true, the series will run well into February.
